he Fairies love to adorn themselves with items from and of Nature. From Nature they are borne and have great reverence for its warmth and nurturing. Some, like The Keepers of Lapis, wear deep colors of purples, blues and greens. They watch over the great beasts of the forest and see the young tigers and bears are kept from harm. They sometimes place shells on their cloths to connect them with the Lady of the Lake. They are of the water ~ essential to life forces and birth. T
he Fairies of the Mist live in the gap between Past and Future. They are enchanted ancients with wisdoms we shall never know, but we feel their pull deep within us. They walk the great Path with us, putting color in our dreams, and open
our eyes to the beauty around us. Each of the Fairies comes with a card stating their Family, their unique name, and their tasks here on this plane. The Matriarchy of the Mist is as such:
From the Ancients came the Seven Daughters of the Earth and the Seven Ladies of the Lake.
Andia was one of the Seven Ladies of the Lake and from her Great Mound came the Fairies of the Mist. They are comprised of five families of Givers and five families of Keepers.
Sevonii was one of the Seven Daughters of the Earth. From her Great Mound came the Wizards of the Mist. The Wizards are made up by the Five families of Seers and the Five families of Guardians.
In total, there are 140 different families of the Mist.
