Purpose... The purpose of the WVRLC is to recruit the best possible Republican candidates for election to the House of Delegates and State Senate of the West Virginia Legislature and to raise sufficient revenue to train those candidates adequately, to provide direct financial assistance as permitted under State Law, to provide such other programs and services as deemed prudent to help elect Republicans to the West Virginia Legislature and to establish and retain Republicans as the majority party.
